As a NASM Stretch & Flexibility Specialist, my approach isn't about "touching your toes"—it's about optimizing your human architecture. My coaching is rooted in evidence-based stretching protocols designed to bridge the gap between high-intensity training and long-term health.

I lead the URBN Run Club because I love the community, but I became a NASM Specialist because I saw too many runners sidelined by avoidable issues. I specialize in enhancing mobility and increasing performance through personalized, evidence-based stretching protocols.
