Digital workbook with all templates
6 short video tutorials (one per session topic - you can record these simply, even just screenshare + voiceover)
Resource list
Simple sales page
Timeline: 4-6 weeks to create
PHASE 2: LAUNCH FALL LIVE COHORT Once the guide exists, the live course is just you teaching the material in real-time.
Key dates to set:
Cohort start date (maybe mid-October for couples planning 2026 weddings?)
Enrollment period (3-4 weeks before start)
Session schedule (which days/times work for you?)
PHASE 3: MARKETING ASSETS
You'll need:
Simple landing page for each offering
Email sequence for guide buyers
Social content showcasing your photographer expertise
Maybe a free lead magnet? ("10 Budget Wedding Mistakes I See as a Photographer" or "The 5-Photo Shot List Every Wedding Needs")
QUICK QUESTIONS TO DECIDE:
Platform: Where will you host? (Zoom for live calls, Teachable/Kajabi/Gumroad for guide delivery, or keep it simple with Google Drive + Calendly?)
Cohort size: How many couples feels manageable for the live course? (8-12 is intimate, 15-20 is energetic but still personal)
Your availability: What day/time works for bi-weekly workshops?
First step: Do you want to start with creating the guide, or test the concept with a beta live cohort first?
SIMPLIFIED DELIVERY STRATEGY
You have:
Passive income from the $99 guide (sell year-round, no extra work)
Engaged cohort income from live sessions (deeper connection, premium pricing)
No "watch later" option to manage/fulfill separately
